When I received a group notecard from Mimikri about her new line of clothing and saw the pictures, I knew I had to get my aliased behind over there. Sometimes I forget about the beauty of Mimikri and her designs. I wandered about her store drooling over everything. Her clothing is just so unique and beautiful. If I could get away with it, I would wear her designs in real life.

Pictured below is a creation from her new line. Beautiful metallics that are light and touchable. The Roxy jacket is like something I’ve never seen before in SL. I can see women wearing something like this in 2050, but I’m wearing it today! The jacket is available in gold, black and silver. (I want them all!) And for one price, you get long pants and shorter, knee-length pants as well.

Spring’s rain showers bring new growth after a long, hard winter. A new dress from Gypsy Soul is a perfect illustration of springtime loveliness. A sweet, simple black and white pattern graces the hemline. Black straps and an empire waist bring darling innocence.

This new dress from Lost Dreams, with it’s retro 60’s-inspired print, makes me awesome in more than one decade. The dress in a clingy satiny lycra has great lines, a little cowl neck and hugs my curves in all the right places. It makes me very va-va-va-voomy!

The dress is also offered in a yummy pink. Believe me, I had a hard time making my mind up on which color. Isn’t that always the case? I swear, sometimes I stand in a store for an insane amount of time trying to figure out the most perfect color. I even walk up to the clothing article on the wall, stand in front of it,  and cam out to see which one works best for my coloring. Ha! Ever do that?

Pairing the dress up with some fab blue boots from League. Which I thought at the time I was buying them that they were a total splurge for blue boots. I mean, how often am I going to wear blue boots? But I keep going back to them. The Kookie’s grey hole mania stockings  add a very modern touch to the overall look.

A very sexy release from new designer Jacque Charron that will get you club-ready for this weekend’s parties. Untameable is an outfit that is a bra, a denim corset (with laces in the back) and a sexy leopard-print mini (also comes with a flexi option). She even includes a pair of sexy bikini panties so you can get double-duty in the lingerie department. The outfit is available in red, aqua and purple. I love the way the different textures of the outfit work together.

I’ve paired this with a free furry bolero from Boon (pssst…join the update group) and a fabulous big silver cuff from Yak & Yetti…also free. Actually all of Yak & Yetti’s jewelry is free. Definitely worth a trip to Salzburg to snap up those free bangles and other indian-inspired things.

Wearing another smoky skin from Glance Skins and big falsh eyelashes from Cake that give me a harder-than-normal look. I think it works well with the entire look. I’m ready for the dance floor to shake what the Lindens gave me.

Fashionably “London” in a new fawn-colored double-breasted suede jacket from Lost Dreams. This blazer also comes with the black, snug-fitting cowl-necked dress and tights as well. (Got to stretch those Lindens!) I love the big black buttons on it. You’ll look sophisticated wearing this to any upcoming fashion show. (Plus, it’s low prim!)

I’ve also added this terrific wooden necklace from Icon for a smart city look. My Armidi purse with its white leather accents adds a little lightness to the whole look. Tesla T-strap pumps in black provide a unified, long, lean look.

When I saw Lost Dreams’ recent release of a pretty light blue blouse (also available in pink) with a smocked bodice and sheer sleeves, I knew I wanted to pair it with something other than jeans or a denim mini. (That would have been too easy and predictable.) I had bought this adorable unique brown skirt from So Many Styles and was perplexed about what to pair with it. It’s funky in a fun way with it’s oversized drawstring waist and asymetrical hemline. (Although I confess to modifying my ghetto booty to fit properly into it. Oh, if only there were RL sliders.)

I think blue and brown go together like spaghetti and meatballs.The blouse and skirt were a great match And the Soho shoes from Maiterya echo the silhouette from the skirt.

If you haven’t paid a visit to Icon for accessories like purses and necklaces, you have to soon. They’ve got great unique layered necklaces like the one I”m wearing and adorable purses. I love the suede studded bag with its chained strap.

Everyone knows I’m Laqroki’s beeotch and it’s only because it works so well with my shape. However, after seeing so many girls rock the Glance Skin look, I thought I’d give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it worked and I love the blue eye shadow in this Jessica skin.

New top from Gypsy Soul. It’s called Pinking probably because the pattern on it is reminiscent of the trail left by pinking shears. It’s a cute, comfortable shirt available in 3 great, unusual colors. Trying to lighten the colors up since it is Spring (finally) with a cropped leather jacket from !_Ce Cubic effect and my very favorite belt from CoCo.

Uber cute brown leather sandals from Periquita which I don’t even remember buying. But imagine how happy I was once they rezzed. (Note to self: Do something about your Inventory, stat.)

A new ponied hair style from designer Catwa Clip of  ^;^CaTwa^;^ . I love this style because of it’s swingy flexy and sassy shape. Plus, the bands on my pony tails are scripted color-changeable. Really cute. Go check out ^;^CaTwa^;^’s styles when you get a chance.

I’m bikini-ready, are you?! A brand-new designer, Jacque Charron, is getting her feet wet (no pun intended) with an inaugural release of this super-shiny and super-sexy bikini. For one low price, you get eight different colors, including black. (Jacque’s items are partnered with the ^;^CaTwA^;^ store.)

The bikini has sexy cups, which gives just the right hint of side boob. I just love the little flexi bow that sits on my chest. The bottoms are a brazilian cut and not a thong. I’ve paired the bikini up with cute, hand-painted, sheer gauze beach pants from Shai. (These pants originally come with a bikini already, but I love the way the brown matches up with the pink.)

Big hat from !_Ce Cubic effect, which we all know in reality wouldn’t last a second on a boat. But hey, it’s all about the look sometimes. And check the uber cool bangles from !_Ce Cubic effect, too. I love the way they sit on my wrist. I want them all!

New (at least to me) jewelry designer Tiffy Vella of Eclectica has some gorgeous, well-made jewelry designs. As she will tell you, it’s quality handmade prim jewellery, glasses and vintage items. Partially inspired by Art Deco, Arts and Crafts Movement and Art Nouveau, yet still original work conceived in a virtual world.

Below I’m wearing the Jazz Bakelite Set, which would probably be worth a fortune if it were a real life design, dontcha think? The set comes complete with an insanely gorgeous necklace that hangs just right, left and right bangles and beautiful drop earrings (not pictured). One thing I just adore about her jewelry is that it’s all easily resizable with one click of a sizing script. I LOVE that and am starting to see more and more designers use this. Makes custom fitting a breeze.

Wearing a summery/spring dress from So Many Styles. A find in my latest shopping spree there. This dress is silk with a handpainted drop sash and big buttons on the straps. It’s available in three different colors, including a great red. This dress has a Ralph Lauren feel to it.

A new release from Lo Jacobs of Church of Luxe. This adorable black mini dress has a boho feel with its batik print front (and a little butterfly on the back). The outfit includes the most perfect fringed vest trimmed out with wood beads and a sculpty body. It comes in a handful of fresh colors.

I added the weaved black belt from Coco that hangs just right on my hips. I get so much wear out of Coco’s belts because they’re provided on both pelvis and stomatch attachment spots. The bag is from So Many Styles, and let me just say, that when I visited their store today, its name befits its designs! Holy guacamole! I think I bought the whole store. I couldn’t stop myself. Oh my poor little Linden budget. (So Many Styles + So few Lindens).

This purse is a casual bucket with a fun print on the side, a nautical rope is used as tie, and a cute yellow scarf hangs over the side (Also comes without the scarf.)
