The Fashionable Heart

This dress from <3 Cupcakes at Lame Designs is fluttery and poetic. Just take a look at the hemline and the bodice of the dress. My picture does not do it justice. It’s glittery and sheer. I wore this dress two days in a row, something of unheard of for most of us. One of the best parts of this dress is the price…$250L. The work that went into this dress had to be something. Even the textures on the straps is gorgeous. You will be impressed once you see how this dress moves with you…utterly a poem.

I’ve paired it with a pair of criss-cross ballet shoes in beige from Shiny Things. My jewelery from Ame True and is the Piacere di Andesine Set, which is delicate bracelets for both wrists, earrings and a simple gold necklace. The jewels in it compliment the dress perfectly (and brings out the green in my eyes). My skin is CS Peach Bronze Freckled and my hair is my favorite Bombshell from Armidi. (They’ll have to pry that hair off of my cold, dead avatar.)

Here I’m mixing up the cute trench from Frangipani Designs and the capris from Savvy. The trench comes in a handful of colors and in my opinion is very versatile. You can take this trench and dress it down with a pair of jeans and a pony tail.

The jewelery is simple and classic ala Coco Chanel. This necklace is wonderful because it’s scripted and you can change metals simply by clicking on it. My peep-toe wedges are from Maitreya. The scuplty is well-done and sexy. There is an ankle tie with a bow, but I chose not to wear it here. The hair is a beautiful, sophisticated pony tail and a new release from ETD called Lynne II. An uptown ponytail with edgy highlights in black.

Scrubbed brown miniskirt new from Surf Couture in brown. Leave off the skirt prim and it makes a fab pair of shorts. The scrubbed mini skirts come in a ton of colors. I would suggest splurging and getting the fat pack. These skirts are quickly becoming a staple in my wardrobe.

 The simple blue thermal is a freebie from Corduroy and I love the texturing on it, including the girly bits and the color is unique. Not to be missed are the cutie leggins from Corduroy and amazing belt from Fancy Schmancy.

I realize it’s the fall season here in the United States, but when the temps are still in the 70s, this gorgeous purple dress from Shai is perfect. I’m hanging on to summer for just a little while longer. Shy girl? Probably not. More like coy girl.

This dress from Shai is sexy with it’s hemline fringe. Although I’m not a huge fan of the two different textures between the bodice and the skirt. However, I can overlook it because of it’s coyness.

You might not actually ride a Harley in this tough number, but the Harley boys will sure like it. Sporting the cool rider jacket from Canimal with all of its zippers and the very versatile black shift from Last Call’s Ginny outfit. With another yummy belt from Fancy Schmancy. The boots are the old standby boots from Shiny Things, but another look here could be some high heeled black suede boots from Maiterya. Just pick one!

Hair is sexy and messy from Armidi, like only they can do. I can’t say enough good things about this hair style. It’s my everyday style. (I apologize for its overuse!)

Modeling House of Nyla’s crochet gown in pink. This gown is a show-stopper and a heartbreaker. He’ll think he is seeing your girly bits, but everything is cleverly concealed by crochet. Amazing work, expensive gown, but so worth it.

Perfect for a Sunday kicking back watching football or running errands. Armidi does it again with the texturing in this new release of hair. The jacket from Shai is really a man’s trenchcoat minus the bottom. I adore the pattern on the lapels. I can’t get enough of Armidi’s style in the tee-shirt and jeans.
